hey you all.. as edrea and zhiqing already know. i'm working temp for my aunt's friend till my 3wk starhub stint comes up next mth.. office stuff, kinda bleah, not my sort of thing, but at least it's something to do, i'm getting paid and i can (sort of) clock in as and when i arrive.. heh ^^
ooh and i just got my pay for the carrefour sales promotor thingy too. boy! does it feel good to be earning... er although ahem that means the urge, itch and bite to buy things has reappeared too.. damn
anyway to edrea and derrick: school's over! so what are your plans? those looking for temp jobs should check out this company.. addeco (or something like that). they've a branch at 161B Bugis Village. think they're not too bad.. apparently after my starhub job, my agent's already found me another part-time thingy. she told me to keep myself free =)
anyway i hope to see you all soon! when's the next meeting? who's organising? heh ^^

Hey ppl... how are you guys getting on??
My exams are finally over... yeah can enjoy for 3 months before the school term reopens.
Tonight, Shuying, Edrea and I are going to watch "A Thousand Months"... looking forward to meet them of cos...
Do catch "The Prince and Me" if the cinemas are still featuring it... it is simply beautiful! I enjoyed watching it and felt like a little girl again... hoping for a love that promises "till death do us apart". hehe... that is exaggerated... i think it is really awesome to see many women and girls in the same theatre applaud and cheer for such a lovely storyline, and me at the same time, wanted too...heh... but my boyfriend was watching it with me. So I tried to be composed and to say the truth, i was also overwhelmed! It is a fairytale in the modern reality... you see, that is the irony!
The kind of love that is featured in the story rarely happens in the real life; why are we so engaged in reality and why do we fail to realise that deep down in our hearts the real world may not be the best place for our flourishing... we always tend to inhibt ourselves to do what the real world wants us to do but what about the world that exists in our hearts???
hmmm... it is really sad, right? Fairytales is almost fictional... okie, im getting out of pt here. anyway, just watch the film, if you guys have time and money to spare...

hey ya all, dunno if anyone comes by here anymore now that the exams are nigh..
anyway just to let you all know. i got a job..!
a 'measely' little one lar.. only 3 wks temping at starhub. but whoo.. 7/hr is good enough for me. and best is i'll be working with a friend, nicholas. (jingyi and edrea will know him, he was our german classmate)..
working with someone you know is always good. at least when we get bored we can talk, or bitch about the snotty customers we have to call.
will be starting mid-may. in the meantime me thinks i'll call up my old employer and see if she needs a part-timer at isetan (selling jewellary).. i really feel the need for money now =) haha..

damn it girl! each time u post something, it's always about photos. and i get so jealous *hehe*.. anyway i totally agree with you. Boston is really nice.. quaint, i feel, not as big-big-busy-city like ny, you think? we went ice-skating at the frog pond!

How was the coffee session get togther?? Was talking to shuying the other day and yar..miss all the good old days!! Wie geht's alles?? =p Spring is FINALLY coming! haha..and now i can shed my DOWN jacket and walk with sandals!! haha..feels so good!! HAve u all seen the photos tt i recently posted? haha...go see..Boston is really a nice place..and so is HARVARD!! Especially their dining hall!!! Makes me feel like im stepping real time into Harry Potter!! haha...and guess what? There are lots of daffodils growing along the road too!! Isn't that cool? YAr..i think so too, jus like wild flowers in Germany! Guess when spring comes, it'll be a more colourful place! Well...im settling pretty ok here..but well..like i say, working and studying at the same time is really taxing..so i took LEAVE on friday..best right? ahha..cannot make it. Unglaublich! =p
Hey Faizah, which Sec school are u posted too? SO how's teaching?? gosh..my friend who's teaching jus told me she lost like 7kg!! OH MY GOSH!!! haha..hope u are still eating fine!
